Conway Road Post Office

The gentleman servicing the post office counter is incredibly rude. Offered no assistance and with incredibly poor customer service skills.

If you're local I'd highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere rather than sour your day. I won't be using the post office service in Llandudno Junction again.

Sent a parcel today 29.4.2020 and the man shock my parcel even thou it said fragile and I told him not to shock it as it will broke and he still done it. I am very upset and very cross . I won’t be using the post office again to send things. He never said sorry he just smiled. Furming

I’ve been in this shop to use the Post Office services twice within the last year and both times received a good customer service. It’s a nice and tidy convenience store with friendly staff. Thank you!

Went here to send off some verified documents. Got into a nice friendly argument with the gentleman behind the counter and when I didnt't back down he put them through for me. 10/10 service. Love a heated debate with a fellow curmudgeon. We are breathren.

Everytime I've used the services in this post office the gentleman has been polite, friendly, and charged me correctly for the items being sent.

Welcome to the rudest Post Office in the world. A place where people skills no longer exist, where customers are wrong and prices include hidden extras. Oh and don't forget, that parcel that measures the same as always, exacting dimensions suddenly expands upon entering the shop to reach the next price tier. Yes, welcome to llandudno junction post office where no one is welcome but money.

Will never ever use this Post Office again!!! Had a large letter to post and the man said it wouldn't go as a large letter despite it just falling easily through the guide template. I said of course it will and asked for it to go first class. He then produced a 2nd class label and expected me to accept it - I refused. He put a first class label on and again dropped it through the measuring guide while muttering that he would be charged more as it wasn't a large letter. The most rude and obnoxious man I have ever been served by in a shop. Only went as West Shore Post Office was closed. In future I will wait with pleasure to be served by the extremely helpful staff at West Shore!!!
