Monmouth Post Office

Not open sunday as website states

Post office is inside the one stop shop. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful when I was ordering a special delivery. Inside you can buy the common items such as milk or sweets. The staff of the shop also seem nice.

The person, certainly not a lady was very very condescending and rude!!!!!! Obviously didn't like outsiders!!! Probably had a bygone mentality and no doubt a brexiteer. We will go to a till in town next time,, Its easy!!!!!!!

Told I had to go to the sorting office to get the bar code read. It was 3 pm. The woman didn’t think to tell me it was only open 8-10am. When I got to the sorting office the lovely guy there said the main post office COULD have done it. Thanks so much Monmouth Post Office. NOT.

Staff at the Post Office counter are always helpful and friendly, and most of the time, you don't have to queue much
