St Helens Post Office

Awful people rude, talked down to and simply do not care about the people that are their customers. Sometimes lose parcels and then claim they never even arrived!! Honestly have not been to a shop with more rude members of staff working. You are not doing us a favour but providing a service if you don’t enjoy what your doing find a new profession.

Im not reviewing this as a convenience store, only as a post office. Well its useless, everytime i have visited in the last 2 years it has been closed. The opening hours have been reduced so much that it is pointless opening.
Please post ofice people find another convenient location for a local post office in this area as this place is a waste of time.

Don't be misled by the online times, the PO actually closes at 12 noon, daily. A bit frustrating for the local office workers that can't start their lunchbreak before 12...

I don't really leave reviews but a rude lady with an attitude serves me every time I go here. I thought it might have been just me but she consistently gives me attitude.

It's too early to receive that negativity between their silly hours of 9am - 12pm!

Small but like tardis sells most things if not in shop thay will get it for you owner works hard to please

Such nasty people. Tried to steal my package, saying that It wasn't there, they had it open apparently "it fell" and also the label with my information fell off too, they are rude and scam.

Had packages sent by Amazon to collect here in time for Christmas. They declined my packages and I had to waste even more money buying them again to be sent elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic they’re can’t do their jobs and understand it’s Christmas time. Thanks for wasting mine and my family’s time. Absolute Joke!

Rude woman, post office wasn’t open on friday afternoon and she said I’d have to come back on Monday. So unhelpful and zero customer satisfaction skills
