Incredibly ignorant and rude staff who claimed no knowledge of a fairly standard postal service. Thankfully the main Post Office on Queen Street knew what they were doing. Not only would I never use this place for postal services again, now I have experienced the rudeness of the staff, I will never use the convenience store again, either. Don't waste your time - go straight to the main branch. If I could award zero stars, I would.

Don't bother if you need the post office. The staff are unhelpful and don't seem to know what they are doing. They will tell you to leave if you ask for help and they don't know the answer. Just go to the main post office and avoid the hassle.

Been here a few times now for the post office and the guys that work here are so kind, always smiling and want to have a chat. Often greeted by ‘good morning’ and ‘how can we help you lovely’. Not understanding the other reviews, probably from people that are just miserable 👍🏼
