Machen Post Office

Rude ignorant woman needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Completely ignored me for 2mins while she was counting and couldn't wait to get me out of her shop!

The lady that works here is by far the rudest I have ever met. She does not even say hello and then throws the parcels around, slamming the postage stickers on them in all directions. Fails to say thank you or goodbye.
This post office either needs a revamp including its staff or should just be closed down.

Went to post office at 16:55 in a rush and all good. Friendly & efficient staff. Thank you!

Such a shame that this post office 8s open such limited hours. The sign now says open at 9.30am?! I waited til 9 and went there but there was no way I was waiting in the wet fod 30mins. Thus service does not serve the local community well. Hence so many of us have to drive to Trethomas post office!
