Steve White: Science Tutor

Our daughter has been having science tuition from Stephen since October last year. We came across an advert offering student tuition via social media and we are so glad we did! He has made a significant difference to our daughters confidence and enjoyment with the subject area. He is profession and has a lovely approachable rapport with his teaching style. Communication is very efficient and he makes lessons interesting and engaging. We would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Feel so lucky to have found Steve. He has given our daughter real confidence in her science. His lessons are well organised and fun. His lessons are always interactive and engaging. He has sent notes across after each lesson that we can print off and keep to help with revision. We would highly recommend Steve.

Steve is a great tutor. My son is 'too relaxed' if you know what I mean, but Steve has been tutoring him for a number of months now and has struck up a good relationship that is showing in his performance at school. Steve provides notes of the sessions that they have each week and is always happy to have conversations to update us as to how he is doing - recommended!

We really like doing the lessons via Zoom as this cuts out travel times, and Stephens personalised class notes for each session are a bonus.

My daughter (year 11) has been having sessions with Steve for a few months. She is not a confident science student but Steve is managing to bring out her confidence and more importantly the belief in herself. Her results in tests are improving each time they are taken. Steve is friendly, fun and takes interest in my daughters school life which all helps to engage her in his lessons. He listens to what she has been covering in school lessons and structures sessions to her needs. Biggest testament to Steve is that not once has she moaned about the online sessions!

This chap has been a god send for my children. We found him completely by accident and thank goodness we did. He’s helped build not just knowledge but confidence in my daughter who is in year 11 and continues to support her through to those vital exams.
He’s also been working with my son (year 8) to fill in the gaps from lockdown.
