As a landlord I am absolutely delighted with Leydon Lettings. Having been with them for over 4 years, they have not once made things feel difficult .
They are professional, knowledgeable and always pleased to help.
I believe they really want the best for both Landlords and Tenants.
I’m not planning on changing Agents for a very long time.

Leydon Lettinngs have managed a non-student-property for us since over 6 years and we always had an excellent service. We live abroad, so we have to rely on the agent to look after everything. Our tenants have had all the help they needed and the contractors were always reasonably priced. Often Ross will recommend a good solution, that does not cost too much, but will sort out the problem and last. The house is older, so there are maintanence issues here and there. We are very happy with Leydon Lettings!

I have known Bob Leydon for more than 25 years. When I was a fledgling in the student letting business, Bob was keen to share his knowledge freely with me. He never 'gave advice' in the sense that he was suggesting how you should go about your business, it was always a sharing of his experiences, which is a completely different way of communicating.

Bob Leydon makes a point of studying the student market and understands the needs of students. Leydon Lettings act upon their findings and are constantly making improvements to their letting accommodation by raising standards.

For many years my team in Canterbury often addressed problems by asking ourselves, "What would Bob do in this situation?"

it started out quite well and the it turned out to be one of the worst experiences i've had so far. when in need of help i only got automated replies, i had to pay my deposit twice and never got it back after several months, when i first got into my room it was absolutely filthy and full of dust everywhere with quite damaged furniture. the garden was in terrible conditions and mold was very easy to find in every part of the house.

Leydon Lettings have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their friendly staff are always on hand to answer any queries, and all matters are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. In particular, Isabella, Ross and Marian work seamlessly to ensure their tenants and contractors alike are fully informed and happy with arrangements.

I thought it only right to leave a review because I feel that Leydon Lettings have not only pleasantly surprised me but also I feel they are setting a precedent for how all similar student accommodation agencies should operate. They are very friendly and easy to contact, are quick to react to and resolve issues brought to them and are also very good at keeping tenants informed in advance of any events, such as viewings or planned maintenance. If I could recommend any agency to new students I would recommend Leydon Lettings.

I've never actually written a review before but I felt that Leydon Lettings is deserving of one.

Having dealt with difficult lettings agents in the past it was freshening living with Leydon over the past year. All members of staff are polite, accommodating and reasonable.

In all honesty the house does need a little make over but any request that we made was met with a speedy response and I am sure it is the same for all residents in Leydon Lettings houses.

I would recommend Leydon Lettings to all students looking to rent in Canterbury, they are definitely the best letting agents in Canterbury by far.

I experienced Leydon lettings both as a single tenant and then as a married one and they could not of been more accommodating. The flat we stayed in was a gem in the heart of Canterbury, it came fully furnished which usually i don’t like, but I loved the layout of this flat.

The team at leydon lettings were always vey helpful, If there was an issue it would be sorted right away. Lovely team of people, would highly recommend.
