We were fortunate enough to move into a lovely flat just at the beginning of lockdown. It has helped us both and provided us with the ideal circumstance during the last two years. We only had great experience with staff too. Thank you for everything

I've shared the property with Guardians and met loads of fantastic people!
It was a pleasure to take part in guardianship.
People in the office were really helpful and in my case went extra mile to help.
I do recommend giving it a shot.

My Girlfriend and I been Guardians at LIG since 2018. Very happy with the quality of the properties and always sorting out any maintenance request. I fully recommend.

The increasingly absurd prices charged by this company have made it pointless to become a guardian.
The owner is just a crook.
You now have to pay utilities bills as well as council tax.
The entire model is broken.
Guardian companies were always swindlers, getting paid both ends.
But these lot take it to a crazy level.
Utterly immoral.
Stay well away.

I urgently needed to find a place to live and they help to sort me out with only a couple of days notice. I now live in a fantastic spacious place in North London with access to parking and close to the tube for a fraction of what I would otherwise pay for a space like this.

The few things that needed sorting out when I moved in they organised straight away. I am very impressed by all of it.

I have been a guardian with 2 other companies before and have not had the best experience and was therefor a bit vary to become one again. However being with Live-In Guardians has completely changed that mind set and I think they provide a fantastic affordable way of living in London!

Terrible disgusting company, working with unprofessional staff. They don't understand the issues. Prefer to stay far from them.
Example: they had to change two lights in the flat one in the hall one in one bedroom and look at this job instead: 🤣

I wrote on the door take off your shoes .. they can't read most of them and they coming in and wear shoes disgusting.. we live in here actually we try live in here and keep clean but is impossible. Who can never do contract with them !!!

By far the best Guardian company out there. Both in terms of having your property protected and being a guardian within the company. Professional, trustworthy and pleasant. Live-In Guardians are top of the league.

Been a guardian for 5 years and been mostly fine, but had some problems over years. At first, there was lots of unresponsiveness from LIG, which led to much anger and frustration on my part but after a while there was a constructive conversation which led to some of the issues being solved. It seems as new staff has come in, company culture seems to have changed a bit.
I would still advise renters to be wary with all guardianship schemes and properly learn your rights from a legal expert and not from a guardianship company.
