My wife and I rented our first flat with 3 point and even though the flat itself had it's issues Anthony and the team were always quick to response and rectify the problem.
Great letting agents with a personal and relaxed approach. We now have bought our own place but if we ever needed to rent we will be looking on their listings straight away.

The agency was indifferent to the problems. In conditions such as in the pictures we lived the whole period of validity of the lease agreement.
Due to very bad conditions in the apartment, our furniture and other personal belongings were destroyed.
We wrote a lot of emails and not only where we described the problem, but it did not help.

Just a short genuine summary of my experience with 3 Point Property... for everyones reference. My first contact with 3PP was when I rented a flat managed by them in Stowmarket, and I was amazed about the rigour screening process, and the transparent cost structure. This was something I had not experienced with other agents before. To cut a long story short, after passing all the hurdles in the application process (don't mean to sound negative here, it was just thorough background checks), I rented an apartement managed by 3PP for about two years. During these two years Anthony from 3 Point Property visited the flat regularly every half year for inspection, and provided a report of the inspection to the owner. The visits were always scheduled well in advance and adjusted to my diary. So it wasn't really a bother, it actually made me realize how property management should be done.
By coincidence I bought a flat via 3 Point Property in the very same building where I rented before two years later. The transaction was handled very smoothly and professional, and I felt well advised at every stage of the process.
Fast forward a year later... I had to move overseas due to work commitments. Obviously I didn't want to sell the flat that I just recently purchased, and I spoke to Anthony from 3PP about managing my property on my behalf whilst I am away. I trusted in their services, since I had experienced them from a tenant's perspective before and knew that I would leave my property in capable hands.
I have been away for over a year now, and receive reports on a regular basis about my property (including photos etc.), obviously regular rental income, I had a change of tenants which was handled with ease by 3 Point Property, and I am happy to have taken the right decision and relied on a property management company which I had experienced in other capacities (tenant, purchase of property) before.
I can highly recommend 3 Point Property.

Avoid if possible! My mum has a flat rented with 3 point for nearly 4 years now and I must say it is the worst agency I have ever seen! There was an issue with her toilet when she first moved in, has been reported and now is only getting worse after 4 years nothing has been done about it! I have been on the phone with one of the females working there and she told me a plumber will contact me yesterday and will come and have a look. Nobody turned up, I have called them again today just to be told by someone else that is the landlord that will come and have a look when he can, so no plumber like I was told before…in the meantime, my mum will have to pay for all the water that she is not using…what a joke! This is just ine of the issue I have had with them as in the past my mum was complaining about her oven not working…whoever did the inspection said the oven was perfectly fine and them it ended up needing a new motor after they finally send a professional over. That was weeks and weeks after she reported it…ples the person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful.
