I have been working with Liberty Properties for the past few years and what I have noticed is the way they take care of their tenants is exceptional. They always go above and beyond making sure any issues tenants have are dealt with as quick as possible.

Brilliant team friendly and supportive was with liberty for 6 months in llanelli area and they supported me with troublesome neighbours was sorry to leave them. Highly recommend if letting in Swansea or Carmarthenshire areas. Great friendly service and are always available to help.

Had a few teething problems, moving into a new property (let's be honest, who doesn't?). Liberty Properties, particularly Sharon, were there the whole way. I can't fault them for their help one little bit. Beautiful house, lovely company.

I said that I will add to my review when my tenancy has ended to, here goes. Liberty were great throughout. I have absolutely no complaints. My deposit was returned quickly and efficiently with no problems. Sharon even lent me her strimmer for the garden when our broke, just so it was in a nice state when we left it.

Honestly, 100% recommend. I'll miss living in that house and being able to rely on such a good company to look after me. Unlike other agencies, it really felt they they had the tenant's interests in mind rather than just the landlords.

Liberty Properties is a great company to work with. They helped brilliantly with not only renting out my property but with helping out with the process of successfully selling the property. While providing the usual services to Landlords which you would expect, they go well above and beyond and are always happy to help with anything. As a relatively inexperienced landlord, they were extremely helpful in taking additional questions, giving their advice and helping out with issues that they didn’t have to with. Especially when selling the property with another estate agent, they were still helping. Sharon was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

Been renting a property off liberty property for years now! Just wanted to leave a little review as I’ve only just seen the company on Facebook.
I live in an amazing home and hope to live her for many many years! If there is a problem they are straight here to fix it no matter how big or small. I’ve had nothing but and amazing experience with them and highly recommend them. I’ll take this opportunity to say Sharon is the most kindest person I’ve met who working here for the people who don’t know. Always supporting me, answering calls/text soon as, and always checking in on me. What’s really impressed me is since this isolation has started! She’s texting/calling constantly to check if I need shopping etc and even offered to look at something I had a problem with (painting) when she really didn’t need to! This company and any tenants are so lucky to have her 💜

Liberty Properties are true professionals. The communication is second to none very responsive and courteous at all times. I would thoroughly recommend in a personal and professional capacity.
