Idea Store Bow

I highly recommend this library. Students and anyone who wants to study will find this place excellent—beautiful, peaceful and big halls filled with computers, books and desks to learn.
They offer a children's reading group, which seems popular during the day. Amazing staff!
I want to give credit to a particular librarian named Ishfaq. He is super friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs are met.
This is an exemplary service by an excellent public library.

I highly recommend this library, it is in a great location for the local community. Perfect place to study or read in silence, peaceful & excellent. Staff are very polite, respectful & helpful especially Ishfaq. He is extremely friendly, approachable and helpful, he will go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met, wonderful person he is, we need more people like him in this world!!! 👌👌👌

The staff are perfect, they are really great and kind. They keep the library clean, tidy, well-organised, always smile at us and very kind to help us.
But the annoying thing is the some unwell-educated people don't care about quiet rules in the library. They watching videos and calling loudly. I really dislike these people. I don't know why they are so mean, they could use earphones.

I come here to study but it's always impossible. I grew up thinking libraries are supposed to be quite, yet here it's the opposite. Kids running, local people who spend the whole day here chatting, other people on phone either on a call or simply watching videos (with no earphones). Right now the employer at the desk is tuning an acoustic guitar.I mean, really?!

Great library & facility for the community :) It's got a nice area for kids, with a large selection books - our toddler loves it. It also has a good area for computer use, desk space, cafe area and lots of sofas to sit and read. Just off Roman Road, and opposite Tesco's its a well placed location.

This is a real asset to the local community, the kids area is brilliant with a wide range of books on offer. The study rooms are ideal for working and quiet space. I’ve always found everyone very friendly and welcoming. It would be great if the council would invest more to broaden the books available

I've been trying to collect food recycling bags from the Idea Sore Bow for over Five Weeks now - no luck. Staff don't seem to have a clue. Security are very rude too. Not a nice place.

honestly the policies regarding the learning labs are poor. especially the whiteboards, if it has not been booked for a lesson. then i assume you should be allowed to use a whiteboard for your work?? I ensured i always clean the board and leave it in pristine condition. I hope you can consider changing this policy.
