NCP Car Park Wolverhampton Pipers Row

Recently had to use this parking lot will not use it again the lighting is so poor you cannot see what the buttons are for on the machine ended up paying twice because I could not see which button to amend the price on having incorrectly pressed the wrong time expiry had a similar problem last year people are cueing because of the lack of light to the machine not sure what they have to press ridiculous. Ticket machines don't work, £8,£7,£5,£10...you name it I've had to pay it! Best place for courts though. Now I know wolverhampton better, I wouldn't use again.

My daughter took me to the railway station at Wolverhampton and so used the NCP multi storey car park at the station for the free 30 min duration. However my train was cancelled by Arriva Wales Trains 5 mins before arrival so my daughter had to assist me with enquiries at both the ticket office and customer lounge. By the time alternative travel arrangements had been made (which meant I had to travel the next day) my daughter had gone over the 30 mins and had been charged £5 which would not have happened had Arriva not cancelled the train at the last minute. I tried to fill in an online form on NCP's website but for some reason the refund page doesn't work despite using two different browsers! I feel NCP don't really want to help!!! Update: the nonesense never ends, stayed with my daughter again recently, she saw me off at the station, so her car was in the station multistorey for about 20 mins and the machine tried to charge her £12. Never did get a refund or any acknowledgement from NCP for last year's fiasco, diabolical company!

Use this when I go to the theatre as its pretty close and not too expensive. easy to get in and out on the edge of town. Easy to find which is helpful as Im not a local

Great car park. Expensive but it's well located and a bit awkward to get too. Anyway regardless I'll use again if in area.

Awfull car park, overpriced and full of pot holes

Massive potholes when leaving car park. Don’t recommend using it.

Expensive car park. Potholes everywhere.
Need a degree to use the machine to pay. Not got a contactless card, but didn't take pin number. Kept timing out. God help any older people. Avoid!
