NCP Car Park Cardiff Greyfriars

Easy to find way in and out. Good sized spaces, not too busy, superbly close to shops, clean, well maintained, surprisingly cheap parking and mostly...a car park that makes sense and doesn't have you driving in circles, swearing, unable to find your way out. Compared the fiasco in Cardiff when I visited recently for the first time, where parking was such a nightmare that I gave up, it was wonderful to just drive into this one and park and shop and pay easily without confusion and go. I have been shocked today when saw £14.75 for 2h 30min that's 3times more than Bristol parking and Bristol parking is amazing compare to this ugly stinky parking . Not even worth 5£ it's a joke really . I have never spent that much for parking not for 2h 30min this is a joke will never use this in my life

Parked here for an event at City Hall for convenience and not knowing the city - incredibly expensive and very tight spaces. The stairwell smells like a public toilet and is quite unpleasant.

Tight manoeuvres needed, tight spaces too. Rip-off charges too, watchbout you don't overstay a charging period. We were 8 mins over (4 hrs 8 mins) and had to pay £23.75!

Good location but DO NOT USE! £25 for 4 hours! Far more expensive than other car parks in the area. Prices not displayed in the car park. Total rip off. Never parking there again.

Good location
Usually there are free spaces (no wonder why!).
Negatives:
Extremely expensive, roughly 30£ for 5 hours
Only one small lift working. Had to wait for long time
The lift doesn't go to proper ground floor. Had to lift the pram with help for 5-6 stair steps (not wheelchair accessible at present)

Extortionate - we were parked up about five hours. It cost us £29.70 I wished I’d walked a little further!!! I’m not saying that the prices were not advertised but I certainly didn’t see them - otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. Don’t get taken in like we did!!!

Terrible, unsafe, smells, floods, lifts out of order, not even worth a star, etc... Our car window got smashed along with 10 others on Xmas morning. Won't be going there anymore unless there is masive improvement. Please avoid especially overnight parking.
