Excellent customer focused company. I purchased a Morgan roll bar via West Wales Rally. Pricing was better than Morgan dealers and technical support excellent . WWR then had to resolve a product manufacturing error that was caused when the supplier omitted a special order feature on the roll hoop. WWR negotiated remanufacture on a fast-track with direct drop shipment to support my hill climb track event. Very impressed and would recommend and use them again

Gareth and the team at West Wales Rally Spares really do go the extra mile with their customer service. On my very first order, through no fault of theirs but because of a manufacturing issue, I had a problem with my wheels. Gareth was relentless at resolving the issue for me, ensuring I ended up with a product I was happy with, even though it meant that the company were out of pocket due to collection and delivery fees. As I stated previously, the problem was not their fault, so to go to these lengths to fix it'll the issue shows their dedication to ensuring their customer needs are met in full. Since then, whenever I call to make orders the whole team are really friendly and very very helpful with advice and tips to make sure I am buying the correct product for the application. Absolutely brilliant company and staff...and very competitively priced too!!

Customer service is second to none and every product is top quality , I receive full support and guidance not only in the products supplied but also with my car and racing progression . The knowledge and experience behind the team at WWRS is exceptional. I am now a loyal customer and would highly recommend to anyone . I have gained a friend in the motorsport community as well as a primary supplier and wouldnt go anywhere else . Every item I have purchased hlsomething is has turned up with in 24 hours and product support has been available with out any hesitation . I have been advised to spend less if it's been in my interest and equally if I've been advised to spend my money differently it has been justified and proven through positive results. I recently purchased a battery from WWRS. Not being absolutely sure as to what I wanted my questions were answered in a very helpful, friendly and efficient manner. Unfortunately the delivery didn’t happen quite as planned due to the courier not reading my post code. The team at WWRS fell over backwards to resolve this by dispatching another battery to me (at NO shipping cost) which arrived the next day (with regular updates by text as to ETA from WWRS). I was instructed that if/when the original turned up to refuse it and send it back. This I did and I was reimbursed instantly.
I have nothing but praise for this company (to which I am not connected in any way) for their friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful service.
I have already been recommending them to friends and look forward to dealing with them again.
