Purchased before lunchtime Wednesday delivered 2pm next day, no extra charge. Received a call within 30 mins of order to say one item was not in stock, offered a more expensive alternative for same cost. Packaging was damaged slightly on arrival however after opening to check product they are in good condition. I cannot speak for operation or function as yet but customer service and descriptions have been spot on.

I was after a very specific radiator towel rail and was on the verge of reluctantly buying from Amazon for £37. I gave google one more chance to find me the same product cheaper and couldn't believe it when DRD came up at £18. I even suspected it might be a scam website or that something would go wrong. but I took the plunge and within 48 hours the rail arrived and its great! What a brilliant company :)

If there was no stars i would have put it . Called them to check if they have the radiators that I need in stock and was assured they have them and I will receive them in 7 to 10 days . 20th day now still waiting. Excuse is don't have one of them in stock and need to wait till March to be supplied to the manufacturer and after that another 2 weeks maybe to receive it. Canceling my order now after 1 month waiting. Poor customer service

I can appreciate that stock is short with covid but why let you purchase it online if there's no stock? I spoke to someone who agreed an alternative as one of my items was out of stock. 2 days later no response. When I call to chase them I am told that I have not responded so the order is in limbo. This can't be right as I responded by email and received a response back from them. Still over a week and the order has not been placed. Now I getting grief from the customer why they are taking so long. Very poor service

We ordered both radiators and valves from DesignerRadiators. We were able to call to confirm the radiators were in stock and they arrived very quickly. We were contacted to let us know the stock status of our valves before completion of the order and were given options by knowledgeable and helpful staff. We chose to wait and they were restocked quickly and immediately sent and recieved by us. Thanks for the great service!
