Streatham Common Train Station - Southern Railway

Clean, efficient and pretty busy, the station could do with an upgrade, especially when you consider the lines which serve it and the population which come through it daily.
It's also not the most accessible.

Trains regularly delayed, but good wifi and AMT food stall

Nice and warm waiting room which is clean. Local AMT coffee kiosk serving freshly made croissants and best thing is that it's open till 6pm!! So can get a coffee on the way home.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff and there are ticket kiosks to collect pre-ordered tickets as well. Good service to Central London (Victoria and London Bridge) -if Southern Railway operates well of course.

Always needs a cleaner

In terms of the station, it offers a public toilet and staff are generally helpful. Unfortunately, the barriers have been not working, perhaps some internal issues within the machines, and the issue has not been fixed. I have also waited for my train at the usual platform, to be informed last minute the train has arrived at a different platform - often not enough time to board the train. Sometimes announcement isn't made until last minute or the board hasn't updated? Not sure what the issue is there but would be great if that was avoided in the future.
