It's a place where I go daily for my travel and every single time I hope it gets better. The Employees there need to change they attitude a bit and learn that they're not The Avengers of the city, they just work in a public service/place used by everyone. The rain is the best part, when outside rains for a few hours, inside keep raining for another day, and the puddles are my kids joy but this only when they're not spotted by The Avengers.

Sutton is currently undergoing some improvement works to the station with the roof, however from the photos I got today and everything, it seemed like a well-organised and lovely station. Some parts seemed a bit out-dated and run down but I do suppose this will be changed from the improvement works.
It has many services including services to Epsom and Dorking on southern and a terminating stopping services that go all the way to London Bridge and London Victoria.
Thameslink also run on the Sutton loop here and the train goes all the way to St Albans City.
There are plenty of benches and even a starbucks located inside the station! it is also Step Free, I think if it was more clean and the platform 4 wasn't so narrow in certain areas it would have been a 5 star. However, once the refurbishment has taken place it may be 5 star.

Train timetable has been a bit hit & miss for the last month or so ! Best look up time for train online before you head out to the station! So I get to the station at 5:45 to get the 5:50 train ! It rolls in at 6:10 So that's me late for my 1st days work ! Thanks Thames Link ! Your service is very much not worth what we pay for it !!

The coffee shop is Starbucks need to be up dated . Very nice clean only no Starbucks sign . When u get the coffee cup the sugar you relize its Starbucks.

Nice old fashioned station plenty of seating everywhere, lift's usually work which is good because there are quite a lot of stairs,but always people to ask if not sure where you need to be,well lit and clean

Easy access into London ,multiple platforms serve Victoria Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and St Albans as well.

Has started refurbishment a few months ago but needs to finish as platforms are not covered and you get rained on waiting for a train.
