I have rented from mount and minster since October last year, they have been fantastic in ever sense.
I asked to view the property and it was less than one week last that I had viewed and applied for the property. Application went through smoothly and quickly and I was then able to move into the property just a month after first finding it online.

Then they were very friendly when I picked up my keys, everyone introduced themselves and told me what role they had to play in the company, who to contact if I needed repairs or if I had questions about rent, very warm and welcoming made me feel very comfortable.

I noticed a few issues in the first week of living here that needed to be sorted in the house and they were dealt with very quickly.

All in all they have been very helpful, professional and made me feel very comfortable with everything.

I will happily rent another property from them again if I every need to move.

I recently let out my property through Mount and Minster and I was very happy with the service that they provided. The staff were very helpful and kept me updated through the whole process. I will definitely be using their services again.

Mount and Minster recently sold our property. They are an excellent professional organisation who couldn't do enough to help. Ellen was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble and she has the patience of a Saint. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you the Mount and Minster Team.

House Sale - Ellen was always willing to help, went the extra mile to work through a complex & difficult chain. The process was extremely stressful, but we were extremely grateful for both the successful outcome & Ellens professionalism & friendly manner.

Hilariously bad. First clue was the guy showing us around said he was from "Rhodesia". Secondly, they had used mock up images of how the house could look, so what we viewed looked absolutely nothing like the listing. If using rendered images, the company is legally obliged to say so and to mark each image as such. Mr. Rhodesia said the owners had "changed a few things around" - I thought I might snort out loud that he had the guts to offer up such an untruth! The owners painted it a different colour, changed the room use and aged it by 30 years between the time they took the photos and the viewings did they? Did they add the damp as well? Honestly, it's worth a viewing with them for the laugh it provides. That is if they're not on holiday in Siam or Ceylon!

I am delighted to have worked with them. They put an end to my frustrations while trying to secure an accommodation in the UK. I will recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a home in the UK.

Everything was ok until we viewed a property to rent.
The first hurdle was that they wouldn’t let us view the property for a week which seemed long considering this property had been reduced so clearly the client wanted someone in ASAP.

So eventually we had the viewing and then had a follow up call the next day from Ellen who politely left a voicemail as we had missed her call.

I called back and the girl who answered said Ellen was out doing viewings so I could discuss the viewing with this girl.

I explained it was nice but as we had a lot of furniture we would have to work out where to put everything. Within seconds of me saying that she said ‘Well we have someone else interested who’s putting an offer in’.

I use to be an estate agent and you would always try get the best offer for the client. I’ve never known someone shut me down when I was considering the property.

We probably would have offered over asking due to their being other interest as this was bottom of our budget.

Their client has missed out on potentially getting a better return because of a rude staff member who doesn’t know how to sell.

I hope for the companies sake that girl is a receptionist and not an estate agent because her figures must be shocking.

If you’re looking to let your property here, don’t bother as there’s plenty of other estate agents that will go further for you.

We can’t rate Mount & Minster Lincoln highly enough. From the the outset they were honest, open and surprising competitive on fees. We originally brought them in for a valuation along with 3 other agents.

They appeared to be level above the others at a similar price. Dan and Ellen were very supportive in getting the house on the market and we had huge interest in the property from all over the country.

They have navigated our sale through in a very uncertain time for the housing market, Ellen has been a great help in getting the sale complete. She has always been responsive to mails and phone calls and have helped with the buyers and the solicitors to smooth the process.

We are 100% sure that we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell. A job well done !!!!
