Lancashire Sales And Lettings

I have been in a property for three years, every six months i asked for new carpets in my living room, as when i moved in they were stained and paper thin and was promised new ones.I also had a child who was just 2 years old. I payed rent without fail even when i lost my job and still the landlord didn't maintain the property. The walls were damp stained and the kitchen was half decorated with ripped hanging paper a damp plastered wall. The carpet in the hallway was stained and not even fastened down. The doors throughout the house had holes in. The fireplace actually came away from the wall within a week of being in there luckily my daughter wasn't near it when it fell. Im finally out of the hell hole to which im sure the landlord cant afford to refresh or maintain property's as they let me move straight into a house that had only just been emptied with no intention of making it livable.

Stephen and his team at Lancashire Lettings have provided a fantastic service renting my property. As with everything, nothing is straightforward but Stephen went out of his way and resolved and assisted with the whole process. I have already rented a few properties via Lancashire Lettings and it was a pleasure then too... Will definitely be passing more properties to them in the future.

They took over our tenancy when our landord changed, due to the sale of the property. From stary to end of our tenancy, they have been brilliant. Stephen was kind and very helpful.

This was my first time looking for a property to rent and I dealt with a man named Stephen throughout process. In my honest opinion he could not have done a better job. Very honest and professional taking the time to explain anything me and my partner didn't understand and always gave as much information as possible to that we were making the right choices for us. Would highly recommend.

After being let down by a number of incompetent and disorganised lettings agents, dealing with Stephen and Lancashire Lettings was a breath of fresh air. From the first telephone conversation, through the viewing and then application process, Stephen was friendly, honest, professional and super responsive to emails. Was looking to rent a property, was 99% of the way through the signing process when through no fault of the letting agency the landlord dropped out. Lancashire Lettings were very helpful and found a lovely (better) property extremely quickly to meet a tight deadline.

Had a viewing booked with them for a house to rent. The guy/representative was very professional and honest and answered all the questions we had. Was really helpful for us to make our decision.

Stephen was extremely approachable pleasant and helpful trying to get me a property to rent, he succeeded but I had to let him down due to circumstances
