Made a appointment to view a property in meads rd Ashton on Ribble . Which is on there website waited twenty minutes no one came .Rang up they said it's of the market. And no record of us making the appointment.even tho they had are details record .First and only time we had used them .Best to avoid

Now Tiger Estates. Absolutely awful. Never got back to me for 2nd viewing. Couldn't find the house on the internet once offer had been put in, even though things could have fallen through. No communication once house was listed. Then to top it off on completion the Branch at Blackpool whitegate drive which is run by kids and spineless managers who just sat in his office watching what was going on. confirmed at 11.30am that the keys were definitely there, yet at 4.00pm they had lost the keys and I then had to drive to a house viewing in kirkham to pick them up from an estate agent because they had been at a Preston branch all along. fFuming and upset and made the whole experience of moving house 10x more stressful. Thanks tiger you were amazing . NOT deserve no stars.

Left move agreed with the owner, would be paying for knotweed survey. Which was £200.00 only to be left with the bill. Amateur company trying to play big market.

Disgraceful how the firm was sold and none of the clients were informed. Only found out on Facebook.
