We've enjoyed amazing service at this estate agency. We came with preferences that were somewhat out of the ordinary and we experienced a very open-minded and helpful approach.
They've made it as easy as possible for us and took care of everything. Signature Estates has done much more than just providing us with regular service and I am extremely grateful for that!
Besides, the staff are very warm, friendly, helpful and I enjoyed talking to them.

Awesome State agency, they were very helpful, Adam. the agent who was handling my case was always very friendly, always flexible for the viewings depending on my time of work and really understood what I was looking for. The best Agency I had to deal with so far (in UK since 2 years and moved 3 times). And thanks to them I am now living in a lovely 1 Bedroom flat, brand new, at a reasonable price. I really recommend them !

Alan and his team are brilliant. We recently sold our flat with them, after having previously listed it with a more ‘corporate’ local agency. I am SO happy we switched— I really felt I could trust Alan. He treated me with respect and talked honestly with me throughout every stage of the sale (which he got us after a couple of weeks, compared with several months with the other agency). These things might sound obvious, but are really not the norm in my experience. I recommend anyone who wants to sell their house with minimal stress and nonsense to choose signature estates.

My husband travelled from Milton Keynes to Watford , literally ran to be on time for the viewing at 11:30. Slot was fifteen minutes but when he asked the agent Louise at 11:40for a quick video call to family , she refused that her time is over and locked the house and left!! Is it professionally ethical? When we managed to travel for 2.5 hours to see the house than they should respect and give us the proper timewe habooked the slot.. Highly annoyed!

Just recently completed a purchase of my first property using signature estate agents. It was an absolute pleasure, there was no stress and no continous pressure to complete purchase like yesterday. Harry, Christine and Craig all worked with me to allow my entire experience to be fantastic. Would highly recommend using Signature estates.

Absolute waste of time. If you value your time, I’d suggest you approach other reliable real estate agencies.

Horrible service, they will promise you a whole lot but will not actually deliver their promises. “Response within few hours after offer is given out”. That’s what I was told but those few hours turned to weeks with no updates whatsoever even after the properties were taken up. I’ve had to chase them for more then 2 weeks just to know that the requirements of a certain property were not met and other properties being taken up.
