Terrible service for landlords. We rented out our end of terrace house via Micah and have had a nightmare with him. Multiple missed rental payments... allegedly due to a computer glitches ..the house was trashed.... despite supposed inspections.... doors off hinges, plaster off walls, curtains ripped, walls drawn all over, counter tops stained, multiple iron burns on the carpets and the house not cleaned for literally months despite alleged requests from Weekes which they let slide because the tenants said they would be moving out. Came back from overseas and asked for an inspection... and heartbroken to find our house ruined. Tenants were in for 2 years... Budlia up to the second floor... rubbish in the yard. Was bad enough that we had to keep chasing Micah for the rent prior to finding out the house was being wrecked. Asked multiple times for statements but never received them. Micah vague and evasive every time we called. Now selling due to the terrible experience. Not to be trusted.

Just an update....the house has now been sold through Stags. Weekes gave us a significantly lower valuation than the other agents ....despite the house having been valued much higher 2 years earlier. Micah offered us a buyer who would rent first and said it might be financially better for us....put it on with Stags at 45k higher than Weekes valuation...Sold within 1 week with multiple offers and asking price achieved. This was 10k above the valuation we got 2 years ago which seems about right. May be a blip but I would definitely get other valuations before selling with them.

Weekes are possibly the worst estate agents that have ever existed. They don’t care at all about their tenants. They never respond to an email and only ever contact you when they need something themselves. If you want them to fix a problem you will speak to a number of different people who will always refer you to someone else who always seems to be on their ‘lunch break’. Even problems such as rats, broken boiler and a broken oven don’t seem to be urgent enough to get a response within a week. They are utter rubbish and should be closed down.

My experience with letting my property through Weekes was really positive. They always found good tenants and were very quick to respond to any issues that arose.

Steer clear of this outfit, and especially Micah Weekes who is totally untrustworthy. He did a terrible job managing my property: failed to collect rent and left our beautiful home wrecked with many items missing. I would not even give them one star but you cannot post without awarding them this minimum.

I've never rented from Weekes, but have had a number of unpleasant encounters with their agents while looking for a property to rent. They are extremely discriminatory in their letting practices - if you have children, pets, or any unique circumstances, they will refuse to rent to you. As a non-British citizen was told by one agent that I could not rent from them, despite having paperwork and the legal right to live in the UK. This is against the law. I've only just seen the tip of the iceberg, and suspect they are violating UK housing law on a regular basis - and unfortunately, most people do not have the time or resources to hold them accountable.

Attempting to puchase a flat advertised on their website. No proactive communication when we made an offer. Unsure if the offer ever got passed onto the vendor. We upped, the offer once we chased them down and again no communication of whether this was passed on or accepted. This was 3 weeks ago! A truly strange way to try and sell houses. Beware if you are selling with these guys, you maybe missing out on buyers!

Contacted several times enquiry about a property for sale. Requested lease length and never heard back. For an estate agent not to have this information before marketing is highly frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend! What a shame for the vendors to miss out on possible buyers because of an estate agents poor management.

As a tenant, I was provided a terrible service. The staff were frequently rude and unhelpful.
