Sold my property through these guys, and they were incredible start to finish. Always available whenever i called, were polite, professional and efficient. By the end of the process we had got to know the whole team, and they were always happy to talk about your day, what you're up to at the weekend etc, which was pleasant rather than just making the whole thing purely a business transaction! Great agency to purchase from. They operate a best and final which is the correct way to manage buyers. Harry was our point of contact and managed the process for us. Helped to push things through when we would hit a bottleneck etc. Overall a good outfit

We cannot thank Aimee from the Aylesbury branch enough for everything she has done for us. From allowing us first refusal on the property to answering all of the questions we had - which as first time buyers was a lot! Aimee was a great point of contact between us and the sellers and would find an answer for any queries we may have. Not only this, but if Aimee wasn't in, there was always someone else from Williams willing to help. Would recommend them to everyone!!

We sold our house through Williams, and have had previously experience with them and really happy to recommend. A class above other estate agents that we have worked with. These guys are professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with - excellent service in particular for Harry.

I viewed several properties through Williams and was shown around by both Harry and Aimee Cox. Harry was very informative and knowledgeable on the property he is selling but unfortunately Aimee was very unprofessional and as soon as my offer was accepted, she almost wiped her hands with any responsibility with the sale until I had to threaten to pull out of the purchase due to the time scale being double what was spoken about. Since purchasing the property it became clear just how much Aimee had pushed the sale even showing a garage that didn’t belong to the property and reassuring that this was the one included in the sale. The garage included was infact requiring £7,000.00 repairs to make useable and did not include a parking space as advised. Aimee denied all knowledge and apparently didn’t know which garage came with the house. I would not advise using Williams to purchase a property as they do not know what they are even selling, extremely unprofessional and being my first purchase, I was led by Aimee through trust which unfortunately I have learnt a very expensive lesson
