Properties on the Market

- Positive reviews are almost all written by friends/ family of the company director or previous employees.
- The employees page on their website uses google stock images of random people with fake names (not current employees).
- Properties are often small, not well maintained and overpriced. (target market is young people and immigrant families).
- Only care about getting your business and then you will be forgotten if you have any issues.
-I don't know how the director finds time to run his many, many businesses to a professional level.

I know this business from the time it was almost nothing and saw it growing despite poor management of properties and offering below-standard services. The owner, Sathvahana Reddy Vaddaram, is an extremely dishonest person and instructs his staff to be rude and extract as much from the tenants as possible. He has managed to stay in the business this long, as the reviews reflect, only by employing extreme deception, lies, manipulation, and cheating. Yes some people may be extremely lucky to get good services but the majority have been deceived and will be as long as the owner and his management exists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had been trying to find a property for my dad who was looking to relocate to Lincoln. This was proving to be somewhat problematic due to his age. Daniel from Properties On The Market got in touch with me after I had shown interest on the website. After giving a full brief of what I wanted details were sent to me promptly and viewings arranged. I can honestly say the process and service I received was excellent and I would definitely recommend their services. In 5 days everything was signed and sealed.

I have worked for Mr Vaddaram at Properties on the market for 2 years now. I have recently taken over the Customer Care side of the business as well as dealing with the majority of HR. I was initially disappointed to read through some of the google reviews and have given time & a great deal of consideration before writing and putting my name to this review.

As a rapidly growing business we realise that we do not & cannot always get things right for all our tenants. With over 500 rooms in Lincoln it is not always possible to please everybody all of the time. Although not an excuse, the restraints that came with Covid caused us great difficulty, add to that staff shortages & illness, I must confess that we are still recovering from this.

That being said, we now have a great team who are striving every day to make things better, both for the business and for our customers. We employ staff that have been loyal and stood alongside our Managing director for 20 years plus. This alone shows that we are a good & fair company to work for. I am very proud of the way that they and our more current staff perform and work closely together on a daily basis. I truly could not wish for a better team to work alongside.

Moving forward, we will be looking to expand our team as we move into exciting new projects. I hope that future employees when reading the reviews take into consideration what i have said and make up their own mind.

I went to their website and there were no rooms available advertised but they didn't hesitate to show me a soon to be vacated property that fit the bill. The entire transaction was dealt with by Daniel in the office who was nothing less than courteous and professional throughout the entire process, good to see someone so young doing things so well. The room was cleaned and given a fresh coat of paint before moving in and everything works great, top job.

The experience was awesome from the beginning to the end.

My experience with them was nice ,I received special treatment from the team .
The customer care rep Mounisha was so vibrant. Once I showed interest in one of their properties in Kirkby in Ashfield , she followed me up with calls and arranged viewing.
The distance to head office in Lincoln almost got me to look away to search else where for accomodation but she went extra mile by encouraging me and give me good direction to Lincoln.
All were settled within hours and she arranged for a taxi that took me down to the apartment all the way from Lincoln.

My experience with them are pretty good. Its been a month since i was here and i got this property through online. The day I’ve shown intrest to this property and texted them back & believe i got the response the next day itself. It was mounisha & sankar , I was super happie with their quick responses. They together have taken the responsibilities by making chats and talks, also made an online viewing with one of their agent and got the exact room they’ve shown.
