Connells Estate Agents Letchworth

I’m really pleased with Connells and team in Letchworth.
This is my third time selling a property and by far the least stressful.
Firstly, lovely Jodie came out to visit me and speak to me about the value of my property and came up with a plan to sell it. I had five estate agents for valuations and I knew from meeting Jodie that she was who I was going to use (she was first through the door)!
Secondly had my photos taken which were fantastic and sold the house in the first week of being online!
Lastly I had help from Imogen and Craig with the solicitors and progressing the sale. It was fast and efficient and strangely not stressful at all.

I contacted Connells to give me a valuation on my house, Jodie called me back very quickly and was great. Jodie gave me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the sale.
From then on it was Imogen and Craig that took over, they were fantastic, alway so helpful knowledgeable and friendly. It wasn’t the easiest of sales ever, however Imogen gave me the best service from start to end no matter what! Nothing was any trouble for her to help in anyway she could. I wanted to write a review to express my sincere thanks for the mortgage advice we received from Michael Cole. We were first time buyers and were not familiar with the process or what was expected of us. But he went through things thoroughly and explained everything. He had a firm grasp of our unique circumstances. We felt we could trust him to act in our interests and secure the best deal for us. He remained on hand to answer queries throughout the process and intervene when necessary.

Everyone from Connells Letchworth have been absolutely heroic through our mission to join the property ladder, in particular Imojen. Imojen spent many hours taking my phone calls, I'm sure to her frustration of hearing my voice daily over so many months, but throughout she has been so bright, bubbly, and helpful, and was often the only hope we had.
The process has been long and strained, but to no fault of the estate agents, and in fact without them, I wouldn't have been hopeful to move in this year.
Michael was extremely helpful at the beginning of our journey for financial advice, and Craig helped pick up the pieces when we hit strife.

We are now life long members of the Connells club, and plan to use them in the future for all our house needs, especially if Imojen is involved!

We went for a viewing with Aaron, and ever since we did he's been fighting our corner to find suitable properties and making sure we're being made aware of all the new ones coming on to the market.

We've always been able to rely on him to be honest about questions regarding a property, and it's really made a difference to our search knowing that he was keeping us in mind. Highly recommend!

We had a very drawn out sale due to a few factors but Connells were amazing throughout the whole process. Jodie was the first contact we had with Connells. She was so upbeat and really made us feel confident about their experience and services they offer. She is always a delight to speak too. Imogen was a good point of contact too. It was so lovely to speak to Imogen when needed as she was always so enthusiastic and encouraging.

Craig dealt with us after we had our buyer. His communication was great. He was always so professional but really friendly when we called for updates. We had to do a lot of chasing of our solicitors and Craig helped us with that. He made sure we knew what was happening within the chain too. We always felt like Craig had our back while trying to progress with our sale and purchase. I would recommend Connells 100% for their proactive attitude towards achieving the best for their customers.

We recently sold our house through Connells in Letchworth. Our first interaction was with Jodie when she valued our property. Jodie was very friendly and took the time to talk us through the process – she was one of the reasons we picked Connells over other agents in the area. Once our house had sold, and when we were looking for properties ourselves, we mainly dealt with Imogen. She is super friendly and so efficient. We are really grateful for all the chasing she did to help us complete on time.
