The service from Zoe and Rachel in the Bovey Tracey office was the best we have received in many house moves. Their information and recommendations were always timely, accurate and helpful, their assistance with negotiations was balanced and positive, and their help in sorting out potential problems after the completion of the sale was above and beyond expectations. Their approach took away so much of the stress and uncertainty endemic in the whole process.

We used Chamberlains to sell my elderly mother's home last month. Mum was a little overawed by the process and required a lot of help from myself and my sister. Zoe and Rachel could not have been kinder, and were very understanding about when to talk to us directly to avoid distressing mum, and ensuring that no buyers contacted her directly.
They were really helpful in guiding us through the crazy few days when the property was marketed, with a queue of buyers outbidding each other for her sought-after bungalow.
The process took longer than anticipated, due to a couple of buyers in the chain pulling out. However, Zoe and Rachel kept us fully informed at all times and were very 'on it' to keep the process moving.
