Philip and his team were excellent! Philip has been very straightforward, honest and transparent throughout the process. We had 3 viewings (2 after agreeing the house purchase) Philip was very accommodating for us to have the additional viewings, especially at short notice which is appreciated. If only all estate agents could be so transparent and professional as Christopher Pallet! They are by far the best estate agent I have has the pleasure of liaising with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their friendly team to others.

We initially had our house listed with purple bricks but after a very bad experience we spoke with Philip and Richard from Aylesbury. They provided a great customer service. They answered all our questions and guided us through the process. They went above and beyond when responding to our queries, even with a difficult buyer. I can say that our sale and purchase may have even fallen through at one stage and if it wasn't for Richard and Philip, we may have still been searching for a buyer. Thank you!

We sold our property in Stoke Mandeville through Christopher Pallet with Richard Prickett. Richard gave us realistic advise on valuation, and how the market was presenting itself. Once we had received an offer, before this was accepted comprehensive checks were carried out regarding the purchaser and we were reassured that all was well. Richard continued to keep us up dated with progress, and constantly kept in touch with the solicitors for the up to date position.

Wow, that was toughy. Richard, Philip and Chris really earned their money on our sale. We were not short of viewers or offers but after the sale was agreed (quite quickly) issues from the other side starting coming out of the woodwork.
House sales can't all be this complicated, unfortunately ours was due to reasons beyond our control and probably quite unusual in how the purchase was structured. Despite hurdle after hurdle Christopher Pallett managed the process and kept all parties on side and eventually we got there. A case of good old fashioned experience triumphing. Well done guys.

I couldn’t have asked for more from Richard and his colleagues. They were instantly responsive to any queries that I had and were supportive in liaising with the solicitors whenever needed. Estate Agents are not always painted in the best light but couldn’t recommend using them more.

It is worth mentioning that the house was additionally complicated as it was shared ownership however they were able to make the process as stress free as possible.

The Team at Christopher Pallet in Aylesbury worked with us on the sale of our parent's house- it was not particularly straightforward and at times required careful handling.
