Belgarum are proof that estate agents are not always rubbish!! This lot are tremendous, and I've dealt with many of them including the owner.

These guys are awesome, and not just a few of them, all of them. I've dealt with a LOT of estate agencies and agents. NORMALLY, I find them to be really difficult to deal with, often dishonest, and terrible at following anything up. HOWEVER, the staff at Belgarum are a joy to deal with, do lots of hard work on your behalf, and seem to always know exactly whats going on. Unless you're extremely pro-active, they'll be ahead of you when it comes to the conveyancing process, and will go above and beyond to give you any advice, find you trades, surveyors, or other specialists. They're also just so friendly and understanding and non-judgemental.

I can't shout enough praise. You will not regret instructing these agents, nor buying through them.

Belgarum acted on behalf of the sellers of the property we were buying. But we did not find that they unfairly favoured the sellers. They were always friendly, helpful and forthcoming.

When it looked as though the chain might collapse because a mortgage offer further down the chain was going to expire, they arranged for the tenancy to terminate earlier than scheduled and helped us to apply pressure to the solicitors.
