Useless place with incompetent and unprofessional staff. You call them and they answer so bluntly with no basic customer service manners. Don’t waste your time and book any of their places. Fake reviews from their own staff lol.

I have been using this company as my agent and they are completely useless. There is no communication at all and I have realised that I have made big losses by giving this company a second chance to manage my property. They lost my tenant’s deposit and now that comes out of my pocket.

The offices are closed when you try to visit them and they don’t pick up the phone. Completely incompetent and should not be running a business. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.

This company took over from another company that went bankrupt; I have no doubt this one will go bankrupt too. Not even worth a 1 star review but I have to put one in.

New Manager on fire! Dedicated staff to manage each property including landlord and tenants. Needed a single person and point of contact for all housings requirements and that's in action. in addition all landlord/tenant phone calls answered almost 24/7.
