One of the best decisions I've made is selling my flat through Jeffries & Dibbens Estate Agents in Havant. I can honestly echo the other five star reviews on here and say that the whole team at Jeffries were brilliant. I had a range of complex conveyancing issues which meant a long, drawn out selling process but the team were with me every step of the way. James Brown deserves particular recognition as an absolute star. His communication and support were faultless and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you, James.

I cannot rate Jeffries in Havant highly enough, in particular James Brown. My brother had recently sold with Jeffries and recommended James to us. We have bought and sold a couple of times and have never experienced such a professional and pro-active Estate Agent. Nothing was too much to ask of James and without prompting, James provided us with updates on our sales conveyancing progression without fail on a weekly basis, this put my mind at rest from the beginning and was pivotal in our sale & purchase progressing so quickly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeffries to anyone, the entire team are absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. I cannot thank you all enough for getting us from a complete chain to an exchange in just over 2 months!

Beverley and all the team at Jeffries (Havant) were extremely helpful with our purchase. In particular, Beverly went above and beyond to help us resolve some of the complications we encountered.
