Best Estate Agent, without a doubt! I'd like to particularly thank Eleasha at the Hemel Hempstead branch as she was excellent! After years of trying to buy the right home for us, Clements finally made it happen. They are professional, knowledgeable and on point with communication even when there are difficulties within the property chain. They understand the customers' needs and were a pleasure to work with. You don't mind paying a fee when you get great service. That is what it's all about!

This was my first time buying a property and I was finding a lot of estate agents I was seeing just sort of open the front door and then awkwardly stand around until you are done.

When I viewed my (nearly completed) house in Kings Langley with Lee he presented the property properly, he had ideas, he had a relationship with the owner, it all felt very comfortable like he was actually giving me a real service with experience to back it.

Once my offer was accepted him, Tom and Sarah have all been taking great care of me, I have returned to the property a number of times for planning reasons and they are always flexible with times and length of visit.

Working full time with a wife who works full time and a toddler makes it very hard to buy a home and move, I am honestly just so grateful to work with such flexible and understanding individuals.

Lee was very clear with me from the outset about the fact that my house would sell quickly and so we created a win-win mechanism for value realisation that I was particularly pleased with.
