Just sold our house through Jackie Quinn and found their service exceptional. Both Harry and Jackie were super friendly and professional and always at the end of the phone. They made the process as smooth as these things can be and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of going on the market. Thanks for all your help team!

Brilliant from start to finish. Not the ‘typical’ estate agent at all. Friendly, reliable, professional...the list goes on. In particular, Harry was on it the whole time and his communication with us was second to none. Would highly recommend Jackie Quinn to anyone looking to buy or sell through them. It is no wonder we see all ‘for sale’ boards around the area with Jackie Quinn on them, they are simply the best!

Jackie Quinn estate agents were brilliant. I dealt mostly with Zack & he was proactive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Jackie and the rest of the team were also fantastic. Overall Jackie Quinn was ok. The worst thing about them is the lack of organisation and response from them. Perhaps they are overworked, I'm not sure, but God they really need to work on being more organised.

The response times from the office was severely lacking, expecting maybe up to 2 weeks at times for a response (whilst also having to chase up in the meantime MULTIPLE times).

The most disappointing experience with Jackie Quinn was organising my check out. This was beyond terrible as they had booked me in through this external company to which I agreed a time to meet at the property and took a day off work. I soon find out the day before the check out company was booked in error - but not through Jackie Quinn. They had not reached out at all, despite the external contractor telling them to let me know.

In their emails they explicitly say "you need to show receipts from an external cleaning company or your deposit will be delayed". We cleaned ourselves (thoroughly as you'd expect) and got 99% of our deposit back. But please take your own pictures as evidence when you check into the property.

I would also like to mention it is against the law for them to make it mandatory for you to ask a cleaning company for your check out, despite what I would call a very border-line threat. Please see Tenant Fees Act 2019.

I guess Jackie Quinn could have been worse but would I go back with them again? Probably not. If I were to buy a property in Surrey, would I trust them to handle my property? Because of their lack of responses and poor organisation, probably not.

Jackie Quinn is a very professional agency. We were delighted with the service we received from them in letting our property this year. Their personnel are very well informed about the market and extremely competent. We would not hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend them to any local resident looking to sell or let their property.

I bought through Jackie Quinn in May, during the crazy Stamp Duty Reduction period. I dealt with Liz, Nicola and the legend who is Bev! Although obviously working for the seller I received a great deal of support at a very stressful time. I moved out of London so did not know the area very well, and received lots of top tips and helpful recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend them (although I don't plan on selling for a long time!).
