Pied-à-terre Property

We were recommended to use Charisma about 4 years ago. We were new to letting/being landlords but Charisma and her colleague, Anita took care of everything for us. They handled a change of tenants effortlessly and make regular checks on the property. This year they changed to a new business & location and the transition for us as clients was seamless.
