Very please with this company the whole experience from beginning to end went like a dream. As a new landlord renting out my property for the first time the whole process seemed quite complicated, but Hugh and his team have controlled the thing for me and made it totally stress free. The rates I paid were about the same as most but the service was more personal and much better than the other high street companies I also used.

This agency holds tenants to high standards but provides a friendly, reliable and utterly professional service in return. I had a string of minor problems with a newly refurbished rental property but the team at White's (Donna in particular) sorted each of these with speed and efficiency (even on a Sunday). Highly recommended!

Yet to move in but beautiful house and staff have been very co-operative and helpful.

Been renting through these for 3 years now Hugh was very intrusive it's a family home hed comment about petty stuff like pile of clothes in utility room ( well it is a utility room) we never felt we were allowed to enjoy the house.

Then I recieved a criminal conviction and they prompted the landlord to issue a section 21 the conviction didn't affect the house or the neighbours I had always paid rent on time up until when we had first lock down.

I've never had problems with previous homes I've lived but this has been headache from start to finish

Had to phone the office 4 times before getting an appointment to view a property to rent. Had an appointment for today at 10.30am , no one showed.
Phoned the office again, they sent an urgent email for someone to phone me. 2pm I'm still waiting.
Very very poor customer service. Have given up on viewing the property and won't bother with any others advertised with them.

Hugh White's unprofessional manner whilst shouting down the phone promoted this review. We were left dissapointed with a viewing but that comes with the territory with the property market, I understand that. Hugh however struggles to accept any thing other than positive feedback. Aggressive!

Phoned multiple times this guy don’t ever answer or call you back.... if I was looking rent out my place I wouldn’t go anywhere near him. Can’t stress enough just stay away. Useless!

What a 2 bob company this is....
All calls seem to go via call answering service they then send an email and the response is zilch
Total waste of space from a Landlords and Tenants point of view.
