Martin & Co have looked after a rented property of mine for a long time. I have always found them to be professional, friendly and deal with everything in a timely manner. A huge thank you to the lettings team and accounts team for looking after us and our tenants so well.

Karl and Lisa at Martin&Co, Winchester have been fantastic in finding me a room and did not stop until they made sure I had somewhere to go. Would definitely recommend them.

I genuinely couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Martin & Co. As a uni student who has no prior experience of renting a property, this was completely new to me. The staff, in particular Piers who dealt with us in particular, was friendly and committed to finding us what we really wanted. They were always there trying to find exactly what you wanted, and most important patient as I know this process can be quite challenging and long. Martin and Co have been great in helping to sort our student housing for next year! Piers was extremely helpful and has made the process easy to understand and helped everything run smoothly. This made the whole thing a lot less nerve racking and we can now relax knowing we have a great house sorted thanks to him. Would definitely recommend to others, especially those like us who would benefit from someone like Piers guiding them through the rental process for the first time !

Piers has been incredibly helpful in helping us find a student house. Very good communication and answered all our questions whilst reassuring us on any queries and has given us plenty of time to think our choices through! We experienced a problem within our group looking at houses and he has fully supported us and given us more time to try and resolve it so we get to keep the house. The most amazing, easy experience for first time students looking to rent. The staff are so so friendly and genuine, giving us video viewings of all the properties (and also in person viewings which were very efficiency planned.) With lots of flexibility, as students it's hard to find free time. We now have the perfect property to suit us, in the perfect location. Thank you to staff, in particular Steve and Alex, were so professional and yet so helpful, funny and kind. Really made moving so much easier and stress free!

I am a student and I was looking for a house to rent this year for my friends and I and Piers was the agent who helped us look fir the perfect house. He was extremely patient as well as going the extra mile to help us understand how much we’d be paying etc as I found everything quite overwhelming at first!
But he answered any questions and always had quick responses. Very grateful for the amount of effort he put in to helping us find this house, all the girls are very happy!!
