I had a difficult journey starting the process of renting my current properly. However, Lianne and Gemma were incredible through out. Both were very supportive and strived to get me into a property as quickly as possible. Lianne especially went above and beyond, communicating with me out of hours to keep me updated on the situation and just being an all round lovely person!

During the viewing, Miles was friendly, personable and asked relevant questions which helped me focus my attention on what I really wanted in a property. This initial part of the process filled me with considerable confidence in Miles, so much so, that I did not sign on with any other estate agents. Miles was tenacious in wanting to deliver on my specific requirements and quickly understood my vision of what I wanted possible within a flat.
Throughout the conveyancing process, Miles has been utmostly conscientious. When he said he would either phone, write or message, I knew, with confidence, that he would stick to his word. Miles exercised consistently effective oversight throughout the conveyancing process and was able to ensure that the conveyancing progressed at a satisfactory rate. I was thankful for his frequent interventions which, in my view, were critical to speeding up the process and made certain that solicitors on both sides were working in harmony.
In addition, from the beginning of the process until completion, I have experienced Miles to be exceedingly honourable, proactive and trustworthy. The purchasing process has gone so smoothly and I have felt supported throughout. Miles has been very helpful in answering my unending queries and questions, helping me overcome my doubts along the way and facilitating, through his perspective and diligence, the humour and ease in the process, which has been a true bonus.
