Just exchanged on a property after a long journey of various chains and complications. Could not have felt more reassured than working with Phil from EO, went above and beyond to bring the chain together when, for reasons outside his control, it had collapsed. Phil worked hard to find us the right property, then found us a buyer for our flat, then another buyer! Very personable and friendly, inspires confidence in the process, always available to speak to (even outside of working hours!) and would 100% recommend to all.

These guys were great, particularly the office staff and support there, they are very thorough.

I bought my first flat with Elliot Oliver and subsequently rented it out with them for a few years after. They have been brilliant to deal with throughout! For any landlords looking for an attentive, proactive management company then I 100% recommend! They are a real breath of fresh air and are so easy to deal with!

Elliot Oliver were absolutely fantastic. My partner and I moved to Cheltenham from Hertfordshire and they made the viewing process very easy and were very flexible with timings. Phil was great through the process and did a great job getting us into the flat without any hassle. Karolina then took over and was absolutely great at dealing with any issues that arose during our time.

Fantastic. First impression was brilliant while visiting our home we wanted to sell. Ross was very friendly and polite and first not pushy.
They listen to us and we also request few nice pictures we had we wanted to had to the website to try to help to sell. Our home sold under a week I was amaze. Communication was top class too, nice to deal business with people listen to you and care. If you want to sale your home only one place to go in cheltenham.
