Me and my partner Samantha are over the moon with this company! we messaged Lucinda Sunday regarding our washing machine being broken. We was not expecting a response until monday due to it being the weekend but to our surprise we got a response. Monday we got a message from our landlord and then a phone call for someone to come round and fix it everything was sorted in basically 24 hours! Lucinda messaged us to just confirm we have been contacted which was a lovely touch. Could not believe how quick this was!
