Brilliant estate agent. They really worked hard for us when selling our house. Our original buyer dropped out very close to finalising but they quickly found us another one. Everyone we dealt with at the agency were friendly, courteous and treated us with respect. It would be hard to single out one person, they were all great. We were kept fully informed throughout the selling process. We would not hesitate to recommend Reyland Johnson to anyone buying or selling a property.

Can’t thank you enough Ben - from start to finish you have been communicative and open and guided us through. We stupidly sold our property with purple bricks but bought a property via you guys and MY GOODNESS - the difference. We will not be using any other estate agent if we ever sell again!! Thank you.
I honestly don’t know where to start with what to say about Karen Avery. She is BRILLIANT!! She honestly has been so informative, kind, calm, empathetic and so on. We have had such a rough journey with the sale/purchase on our property; it has been so prolonged and Karen has worked so well with us to help get us to where we need to be. Karen is a complete asset to the company and honestly if you have Karen working with you on your sale/purchase you are in safe hands!! It got to a point Karen and I were talking daily - I will miss our chats!! Thank you Karen.

Natasha is absolutely fantastic, she was so patient, knowledgeable, understanding and very accommodating. She completely restored my faith in the whole renting process. If ever you require any support with regard to purchasing or renting then you will not be disappointed with her service, a complete asset to her team.

We were not with Reyland Johnson personally, but the sellers were using them. Karen helped progress the process and make sure things were happening in good time. She understood our difficult situation with solicitors and helped communicate specific issues with the seller. Although the process was stressful we got there in the end, and I believe Reyland Johnson has added specific companies to their black list in which they will not to work with them, which will hopefully help people in the future have a smoother experience.

They were very open from the start and did everything to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible. When my buyer pulled out they didn't call me with the problem, they called me to say that they had found a new buyer.
I love their solution focussed approach. James, Ben and Dean were brilliant getting the buyers through the door. Karen at the Sawbridgeworth branch has been outstanding working so hard communicating with all parties. I Actually don't know how we could have got through this without her.

Sonny was very professional and polite when arranging the viewing and extending a great deal of time in order for us to look around this property. Due to this being for my parents the process was logistically difficult but Sonny arranged everything with no fuss.
