Village Estates

I was recommended to use Village Estates after a few friends of mine had explained their pleasant experiences with the branch in Elstree. I could not fault their desire to sell my property and I was ecstatic when they sold my property for more than the asking price. Huge thank you to Phil, Jack and the team.

I've just used Village Estates for the sale of my home. The whole process was made easy & stress free as I was kept up to date with everything going on, Phillip or Jack was always available when I called. The office staff were extremely friendly and created a pleasant environment when I visited. I would highly recommend Village Estates

Village sold our property for us, having secured the asking price a day or two after going on the market. Jack, Phil and the team were always great to deal with. We put this down to doing the simple things right, like personal service and the right level and quality of communication, but they are also clearly very accomplished at negotiating and keeping both parties ‘warm’. They always managed our expectations well and never over-promised on the sale price they could achieve, like many other agents in Borehamwood tend to do.
In our experience many of Village’s local competitors could certainly take a few leaves out of Jack’s and Phil's books!
Would not hesitate to recommend Village if you are selling your property, and we frequently do to our friends.

What can I say except Village Estates have provided me with yet once again an outstanding service!! Phil and Jack are both just simply amazing at what they do. The team work brilliantly together! From beginning to end they both acted with professionalism, efficiency and pulled out all the stops to ensure the transaction happened. These guys are simply the best when it comes to estate agency. My wife and I made the decision to move during Covid19.
With the uncertainty surrounding house moves during Covid it was paramount that we had a team that were not only safe and responsive but honest and trust worthy. Village estates in Elstree delivered that in abundance. We’ve had some very average experiences with estate agents but Phil Merrit and his team delivered an exceptional service.
Excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable with regards to the structural details of each property we viewed.
If we ever move again in and around that area there’s only one estate agents we will be calling.
