Moving is never without stress and we were already a bit frayed around the edges after a previous purchase had fallen through and our sale had been dealt with by an estate agent who showed little interest in us their customer . As soon as we met Chris French we immediately knew that she would look after us and do everything in her power to ensure that the process was as stress free as it could be . Chris showed integrity, honesty and worked tirelessly. When she said she would chase something she did, when we emailed her she responded , when we asked her a question she took the time to ensure that we had the full facts . The communication was top notch and we were impressed with this family run business who really do treat their clients with a sense of value and importance . I have been through this process 5 times and I don't remember any other estate agent but I will always remember Fox estates for their professionalism and above all their kindness . Thank you so much for all that you have done for us . If I ever move again I will certainly be calling you .

I'm moving house for the first time in 30+years. Fox Estates took me under their wing from the get go. I was originally selling with my late partner. Chris Fox and Allyson kept in touch throughout a lengthy probate process to the point where I was ready and able to sell. From that point all was well. Liam took Instagram worthy pictures for the brochure and Chris French took charge of the selling process dealing directly with solicitor's etc and setting up and managing a viewing day with 8 prospective buyers. I received offers over the asking price and accepted one just over a week after the house was first put on the market. I'm sure I have asked naive and elementary questions but every time I spoke to Chris French, she was immediately on the case sorting and solving problems as they arose. Her customer service is second to none (as is that of her colleagues) and her calm manner and wise advice set my mind at rest every time. I would award 10stars if I could , such is my admiration for what I believe to be the best estate agents in the Dartford area.
