Haart Head Office

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Haarts head office staff. We are not in the UK so this company manages 2 properties for us. get through to the head office by phone only to be treated like s*it. Bunch of arrogants and couldn't care less about me as a customer. I couldn't speak with the manager and I won't waste any more time on this. Once in UK next March will be getting another company to manage my properties. Yes, none are perfect but when paying full management fee I would expect to be treated like a person at least when spoken to on the phone. Stir away!

Approached my local Haart Branch to discuss a better deal and hoped the Manager would be helpful, bottom line was if I was not happy with the current deal I was entitled to give 16 days notice as the initial 3 months agreed period had passed so I immediately did, they did however promptly sent me a sorry your are leaving email within a few minutes of me giving notice, a nice polite way to stick 2 fingers up at me, would have been more sincere if they had waited a few hours at least.

The only thing of value to Haart is the Maximum amount of commission they can make and not me as a customer.

They preferred to lose me as a customer rather than give me a deal I was happy with especially after they had already sold the same property to us under 1.5 years ago BTW they told us the property was fresh to the market, we discovered it had been for sale for over 12 months previously with another agent.

Despite our request to only accommodate accompanied viewings this was not the case and they did not honor and follow this request.

Do not feel valued at all..........

The worst ever experience using Haart Sutton to sell my property, being overseas the Branch Manager was absent most days, always sick or on holiday and when calling multiple times to speak to the Branch being transferred to the Nexus Call Centre that basically just take a message. Avoid dealing with Sukina Brooks if she is at any of the Haart Branch Networks, be warned she never returns calls, and when a sale falls through like mine did she ran for the hills and hid behind Senior Management to deal with me via email. Absolute rubbish service

Haart Ealing: What a rip-off!

To this date, we have 32 outstanding issues yet to be resolved. I am creating this review, because I want to be sure they read my comments at least here, in the public domain, they are ignoring our private emails

If you ever cross your path with this agency, I can only say: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worse estate agent ever! Avoid at all costs. They made our life hell for over 2 years and no one returns calls or emails and they have stolen our Deposit.

Please please avoid at all costs the people who I’ve have had issues with are the following

-Claire ballentyne
-Nasim Miah

They lie and never respond or answer truly awful people

Would give 0 stars if I could. Basically everything they do is not taken seriously and they take a million years to reply, or reply at all. Our deposit scheme was still not returned after 10 days from moving out of the property. Tried contacting head office multiple times but no one answered nor replied to my emails. Moreover no maintenance has been done in the property even after sending a complaint or asking them to fix something, shower broke down so it didn't work for two months then washing machine broke and we had no way of washing our clothes for god knows how long... Anyway just stay away from haart

Ever since my local estate agent was taken over by Spicerhaart the financial and accounting services have deteriorated to such a degree that their statements are totally incomprehensible. It is impossible to talk to anyone at head office who are responsible for this mess as everything is referred back to original agent, These are also at a complete loss as to how the accounting system works. IT IS NO WONDER THAT ALL HEAD OFFICE NUMBERS ARE NOW DEFUNCT.

I am posting this call for attention & help due to lack of response from Haart property management team!

10th day without a functional Lift in the building!

Hi,
I am stuck in an apartment rented to me by Haart on 6th floor without a functional Lift impacting my day to day mobility at Crawford Court, 7 Charcot Road, London, NW9 5HG. I recently moved into this rental property from Haart and facility management is part of Haart accountability as per the contract. I have been trying to reach out at all contact points for help with no response from Haart.

Please help! I am new to UK and not sure what my rights are!
