Intercounty Chelmsford

My experience with Intercounty Lettings has been wonderful so far. I met with Natasha Haywood recently to view a rental property and she was incredibly helpful. She was very warm, welcoming and took the time to patiently answer any questions we had. She was very accommodating and really made us feel like she cared about making us feel comfortable with the property which was very refreshing. She did her best to alleviate any concerns and by the end we were sold on the property. Since then, she has been extremely responsive and helpful and a pleasure to work with. We are due to move in soon and I feel quite confident about the process being in Natasha’s hands.

Intercounty Chelmsford team are great, I have spoken to Luke Harris several time during my house hunt. Luke has been very prompt, and professional in his conversation and managed to arrange the viewing immediately.
We thought of renting the property we viewed. However, I believe the landlord took nearly one week to convey his decision since we expressed our interest.
Although it was not successful, my experience with the Intercounty Chelmsford team was incredible and I recommend them.

My experience with Intercounty has been excellent. I met with Natasha to view a rental property on a short notice and she was incredibly helpful. After we view the property I’ve told her that I have had only a short period of date to get all paperwork finish and sign the paperwork as I have to move out of my current property. She completely understand and within a couple of days we got everything sorted without her help I would have been extremely stress. I personally would like to thank Natasha and would recommend her to anyone for rental or if you are looking to buy a house.
