We invited four estate agents to value our father house and we found the Benjamins stood out. They seemed far more genuine and sincere and actually listened to us! They were very observant, noticing the features that made the house special and putting themselves in a knowledgeable position to show prospective buyers around the property. They were also willing to show buyers around at times that suited them. They handled the sale well and helped us choose between two prospective buyers. The sale has gone through smoothly and they have kept us informed of any developments. Its hard selling a family home and Benjamins made it a much easier process, we cant recommend them highly enough

What a fantastic experience selling my home with Benjamins. From start to finish all the staff and communications were spot on. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and efficient service which didn't cost the earth.

Not a good experience at all!

There was a wasps nest in the bathroom when we moved in and it took them months to send someone out. This is something the estate agents were aware of as the problem dated back to 2018 but they failed to let us know (we found old invoices in the property for an exterminator). We explained to Benjamin's that the exterminator said it was due to large unfilled holes left from when the boiler was last changed and the response from Benjamins was that "every house has holes" which was tone deaf given the active pest problem.

No sense of urgency to resolve any issue we had throughout the tenancy.

They then carried out an inspection on the property and asked us if we were happy to stay, to which we said yes. Then about a month later we were given 2 months notice to vacate the property because the landlord wanted to move back in. We both work full-time and were due to go on holiday that week, and would struggle to find a new place within such a short time period but were not offered any grace or empathy.

Would never use this estate agents ever again.

Very poor customer experience. We were not kept informed of progress after our offer was made and felt disregarded when we noticed by accident that the property had been sold.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and always making sure we are ok with everything that is going on would recommend this company 100% so friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Ben & Penny

Rang for a viewing several times and was told they would call us back once they had access to the house. We didn’t get a call so I called again to be told others had viewed and they had some offers. They told me they would call back. Following day I still haven’t received a call
