Our house was marketed quickly and efficiently. Savills produced an attractive brochure and advertised the property such that several potential buyers came to view.
Due to circumstances outside the control of ourselves and Savills the transaction took much longer than anticipated but they kept our buyer engaged.
Communication was always very good, both by email and telephone conversations.

My first choice when needing the help of an Estate agent is Savills. The staff are all efficient, well informed, well organized and they focus on giving good service to the customer.
The staff are well prepared to show properties knowing all the relevant details to be able to answer any question.

She was attentive to learning the specifics I was looking for in finding a place to live.
