Neil was very well mannered and had his facts in line when putting our house on the market, and had a plan of action in place from the start.

Had offers after the open day which was accepted,
The sale did drag of no fault of the Austin wyatt team but due to solicitors, and this is where they came into their own, if it wasn't for Liz who was overseeing the progress of our sale we would of no doubt pulled out of this and she single handed took control and took a load of weight off of our shoulders and was always coming back when promised with updates even if they didn't seem too important.

Hopefully a while until I Need to use them again but wouldn't hesitate to recommend
