Peter & Michaela we’re both fantastic when they sold our property back in December. When we first met Peter we knew they were the agents for us and he came across very professional, knowledgeable and said what we wanted to hear. Peter attended all the viewings for us and was punctual at every appointment. Michaela, on the other hand dealt with every agents worst nightmare buyer. She handled him very well and with out her I would have lost my rag with the buyer and thus lost the sale. They are a small husband and wife team, but don’t let that put you off with the expertise that they provided for us and a personal approach and even kept in contact with us whilst they were on holiday and at all times.

Michaela and Peter were great estate agents would highly recommend! Being first time buyers we were not sure of the ins and outs of buying a house but they kept us informed at every stage and we above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible - thank you!

I can not recommend Peter and Michaela Whitehead enough. Yes selling a house is a stressful process but they managed to eliminate most of that with their continual communication and their commitment to selling our house. They were with us every step of the way, right until the moment we moved into our new home. They are both warm, friendly, and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 service. We viewed a property with a lady called Sarah. She was very polite and professional and answered all our questions fully. The viewing was very relaxed and we didn't feel hurried or pressurised in any way. We would recommend Whiteheads as everyone we spoke to were very polite, professional and happy to assist us.

We had a subpar experience with this estate agent.

Had a viewing at a property, when we arrived we were unable to view the property in question as the tenants were "not expecting us" despite being arranged in advance and following up on multiple occasions to ensure the appointment was OK. We drove about an hour to view the property so was a wasted afternoon.

We never received further communication from the estate agent to arrange another viewing or make an apology.

We recently sold a property in Ashby-De-La-Zouch with Whitehead's! Being from the area we had previously had bad experiences with some of the other agents in the area so decided to give Whitehead's a go and we were pleasantly surprised! They are very professional and are lovely people. Nothing like the typical sell sell sell estate agents that just try to tell you what you want to hear! They are very personable and give you realistic and honest advice obviously due to their vast experience! Our property sold after the first day of viewings following multiple offers! What more could you ask for! Once we had accepted the offer, they were very proactive, giving us regular updates and managed to see the sale through within 7 weeks even in these crazy Covid times! It did help that our buyers were already well down the line with their sale but we were really pleased with the whole service from Whiteheads and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area! So thank you to the whole team at Whitehead's!

You actually won’t get better service in Ashby when selling your home. Michaela, Peter and the Girls in the office are all so hardworking, supportive and professional, you know from the start you’ll get the service you are paying for. I sold 2 houses in the last 6 months through them and both sailed through because they are on the ball and know at all times what’s going on !! Fabulous.. couldn’t have done it without guys !
