Having sold a property just up the road from us, we were confident in Hunters ability to sell our home efficiently, and they did just that. From the initial valuation and for all of the sale, we found them to be knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly treated us with respect and always went above and beyond. Kyra and Darren, worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line which was heavily delayed by the buyer and the buyers solicitors. The property had loads of interest and offers we’re on the table as soon as the ad went live which was down to the presentation of the sale on Rightmove. Using the 3D camera they showed the house in a very good light and we’re booking viewings by the dozen as soon as they could.

Throughout, what turned out to be an extremely protracted process, the staff at Hunters couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. They communicated well the whole time and even when I was at my most annoyed with the buyer they were able to placate me with explanations and assurances. Both Darron and Kyra deserve a round of applause for all their hard work especially when having to deal with not only a very frustrated seller but also an incompetent buyer. Well done!

Hunters acted very quickly for me, getting the property on the market without delay. They organised several viewings in the same afternoon, which minimised the inconvenience to us. Although the sale dragged on for several months, they kept me informed at all times.
