I received a random letter suggesting their client would be interested in buying my land ( it has enormous development potential). They made an offer of £150,000 suggesting their client didn’t want it for development, an absolute insult !!!! They treat landowners as fools !!
Don’t be fooled by their seemingly innocent approach ...
