Natalie seriously exceeded our expectaions when we moved house. From our enquiry to moving in, she delivered a very professional service but it was the extra kindness, friendliness, patience and understanding throughout that was of such value to us. Fantastic experience dealing with Katie at Jeremy McGinn - I wouldn't trust anyone else with lettings, either as a tenant or a landlord. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a viewing booked with them for a property to let. On the day they cancelled the viewing due to one agent being off sick and the other overworked . Naturally anyone can understand and be flexible in those circumstances so the viewing was re-booked. My husband and I took time off work to attend the viewing that they re-booked, but by that time the property had already been let and they did not bother to inform us as we sat in the car outside the property. When I rang they said they had no record of our viewing (the one they themselves re-scheduled due to their own issues).

All the staff are great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Without taking anything away from the team I feel that I must take time to give special mention to Katie who is simply amazing. Her responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, reliability, friendliness, punctuality…I could go on, cannot go unsung. One in a million.
